Supply & Return respects the work of engineers, writers, standards bodies and publishers. The guides, explanations, worked examples and graphics on this site are written for it. Engineering formulas and physical constants are facts; where we refer to standards such as ASHRAE 62.2 or to ENERGY STAR guidance, we summarise them in our own words and do not reproduce their copyrighted text or tables in full.

Filing a Notice

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, email logan.luo@adsnova.cn with:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL of each page where the material appears
• Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address
• A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

Our Response

We review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate and contact you if more information is needed.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice identifying the material and its location, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat Infringement

We may take further action against repeated, credible infringement. Knowingly false notices may expose the sender to liability. This page is not legal advice.
